As a child in Thailand, Churee grew up in a "...real estate family," in which discussions of property acquisitions and sales were routine dinner-table topics. Small wonder, then, that after marrying, moving to the United States and ultimately settling in Huntington Harbour, she would return to her real estate roots. She joined a small real estate sales firm in the mid-80s, and when Huntington Harbour Realty formed to develop the coastal wetlands into a waterfront-oriented community, Churee signed on for the duration. Mission completed, the firm phased out in the mid-90s and Churee joined several colleagues at a new firm, Harbour Homes and Investments.

Harbour Homes merged with Star Real Estate in 2000 and Churee stayed on, continuing to help serve the Huntington Harbour community that she loves and in doing so, consistently earning a place in the top one percent of producers at Star Real Estate, Harbour Homes. While establishing herself professionally and raising two children who are now both doctors, she continues to find time to contribute actively to several community organizations.

Lauren entered the corporate world in Metro New York market following attendance at Marymount College, Tarrytown and later, the Katharine Gibbs School in Manhattan. She joined a division of a Fortune 500 industrial company and quickly advanced to direct marketing and communications for a number of the division's products. Success in the corporate world whetted her appetite for greater challenges and moving to California, she struck out on her own in the world of real estate.

Lauren joined Star Real Estate, Harbour Homes shortly after 2000, and found that her entrepreneurial drive, innate feel for communications and hands-on experience with corporate marketing would serve her well. A meticulous planner, she approaches each new real estate challenge as a "campaign," working with clients to map out a detailed program of action and then carefully executing each detail. Applying this "corporate" approach to the high-end real estate market, she quickly and consistently became one of Star Real Estate?s top 10 percent producers. Lauren is an active member of the Huntington Harbour community, and an active supporter of many of its civic and charitable organizations.
